My name is Chris and I am a student of Christian Science. As a student of Christian Science, I spend a lot of time exploring the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. I am also a techie. The combination of these two elements in my life has led me to test and use several different Bible study programs on both PCs and Macs. Several of my friends have suggested that I publish some of my advice and knowledge about the programs which are available. So I have created this blog.
This blog is not intended to tell people how to study the Bible or the works of Mary Baker Eddy. I feel an individual's approach to study should be left to the individual's own conversation with God. I am only offering what I have learned about different programs and software tools in an effort to help those who have questions about what is available. I may from time to time share my own personal preferences with these tools as I use them for study, but I share these thoughts in an effort to illustrate functions I find useful in these tools.
Feel free to give me feedback or ask questions. I will always appreciate guidance as to how I can improve the information I am providing. I love to do this study and I am happy to share these thoughts. I don't intend this blog for controversy, just a constructive dialog about some great programs that are out there.
"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." - II Tim 2:15
